Cryptographic digital currencies carry special risks not generally shared with official currencies or goods or commodities in a market. Unlike most currencies, which are backed by governments or other legal entities, or by commodities such as gold or silver, cryptographic digital currencies are a unique type of currency, backed by technology and trust. There is no central bank that can take corrective measure to protect the value of cryptographic digital currencies in a crisis, or issue more currency.
The price or value of cryptographic digital currencies can rapidly increase or decrease at any time and may even fall to zero. The risk of loss in holding cryptographic digital currencies can be substantial and can result in the loss of your entire exposure.
There may be additional risks that we have not foreseen or identified in these Terms or our other risk warnings.
You should carefully assess whether your financial situation and tolerance for risk is suitable for any form of exposure to cryptographic digital currencies.

Paying with Cryptographic digital currencies
We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the availability of our payment processor’s services. To checkout, you will be re-directed to our payment processor’s website, where you will see the total cost of your order with the available cryptographic digital currencies, based on an exchange rate set by our payment processor. The price of the cryptographic digital currencies you select will remain valid for 5 minutes. If you do not initiate a payment during this time, the Cryptographic digital currency exchange rate will be updated and the price of the cryptographic digital currency you selected for your order may change.
Cryptographic digital currencies network transaction fees.
Transactions for cryptographic digital currencies are final. Once you initiate a cryptographic digital currency transaction, you cannot cancel it (provided however that you may seek a refund per our refund policy described below). This is inherent in the nature of cryptographic digital currencies' networks, not a policy set by Depot.co.ke Under payments and over payments. If you attempt to initiate a payment of a cryptographic digital currency different from the exact cost of the order indicated by our payment processor, your order will not complete. You will be required to re-submit payment for the correct amount in order to complete the order. After a failed payment, the exchange rate of the cryptographic digital currency may update or you may be required to restart the order and checkout process. Transactions complete once confirmed. Once the transaction of a cryptographic digital currency is submitted to the network, it will be unconfirmed for a period of time (usually about 10 minutes, but sometimes longer) pending full verification of the transaction by the network. A transaction is not complete until it is fully verified.
